Chris Potts.
Chris founded PREVO in Ponte Vedra Beach after seeing the same problem in home after home: preventive maintenance, small repairs, service records, and unfinished details were scattered across calendars, text threads, contractor calls, and memory.
PREVO brings that work into one dependable monthly relationship. A trained, uniformed PREVO employee returns whenever possible, learns the home, handles eligible work, and leaves the homeowner with a clear record of what was completed and what should happen next.
PREVO’s founding belief: A home should not require its owner to become a full-time project manager.
