This notice explains how PREVO HOLDINGS LLC and its operating affiliates collect, use, disclose, and protect information associated with our website, enrollment, project requests, professional applications, communications, and services.
Information we collect
We may collect contact, property, access, scheduling, task, project, professional-qualification, licensing, communication, signature, IP, payment-status, service-note, equipment, and photograph information. Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by PREVO.
Project photos and documents
Photos and documents submitted with a project request are stored privately and used to review the request, prepare a scope, match appropriate professionals, reformat proposals into a consistent presentation, and maintain the PREVO home or project record. Do not upload identification documents, financial information, medical information, alarm codes, or unrelated images.
Professional applications
PREVO may use business contact details, licensing information, insurance information, references, qualifications, work history, and service areas to evaluate network eligibility and match appropriate project opportunities. Applying does not guarantee approval or work.
How we use information
We use information to provide services, review and route requests, schedule and prepare visits, process payments, communicate, maintain records, support safety and quality, prevent misuse, comply with law, and protect rights.
Email and text messaging
PREVO may send transactional email or text messages about an enrollment, project request, professional application, Home List, or membership. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Where required, SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We may use providers for payments, hosting, communications, storage, analytics, artificial intelligence, security, insurance, contractor verification, and professional advice. PREVO does not sell personal information for money.
Ask PREVO
Questions submitted to Ask PREVO may be processed by an AI service. Do not submit passwords, payment data, alarm codes, medical information, or other highly sensitive data.
Security and choices
We use reasonable safeguards and retain records for operational and legal purposes. You may request eligible access, correction, or deletion.
