Website Terms of Use

These terms govern prevohome.com, public project requests, and professional-network applications. Monthly Home Care is governed separately by the PREVO Membership Agreement.
PREVO Projects
PREVO may review a request, clarify the requested work, prepare a scope, identify appropriate professionals, and reformat proposals into a consistent presentation. Proposal counts depend on project fit and market availability. PREVO does not promise a minimum number of bids unless stated in a separate written agreement.
Independent professionals set their own pricing and remain responsible for their proposals, contracts, licenses, permits, labor, materials, insurance, warranties, and completed work. The homeowner selects the professional and approves all costs. PREVO does not guarantee a professional's work.
Professional Network fee
Applying to or joining the PREVO Professional Network, receiving a project opportunity, and submitting a bid do not carry an application, monthly, lead, or bid fee. Unless PREVO and the professional agree to different written terms before an opportunity is accepted, the PREVO award fee is 3% of the accepted bid total for work awarded through PREVO after subtracting separately stated government permit fees. The professional accepts and pays the award fee through the private PREVO project page before direct contact details are released. If the awarded work is canceled before a contract is signed, customer funds are received, or work begins, the professional may ask PREVO to review the award fee for a credit or refund.
Project submissions and Project Visits
Online project submission is free. PREVO may offer an optional $99 PREVO Project Visit for customers who want PREVO to document the project at the home, take photos and measurements, and prepare the request for quote options. Professional labor, materials, design, permits, and construction costs are separate and require approval before work begins. Monthly Home Care members receive the stated Projects review, coordination, and consistently formatted quote benefit while eligible under their membership.
Professional applications
Applying to the PREVO Professional Network is free and does not guarantee approval, bid invitations, project volume, or work. PREVO may approve, decline, pause, or remove a professional based on qualifications, project fit, safety, communication, customer experience, or network standards.
Informational content
Task and project examples do not guarantee suitability, acceptance, availability, pricing, proposal count, or completion. Safety, access, time, materials, licensing, product instructions, and actual conditions control.
Text messaging terms
Customers and applicants may receive transactional messages about a submitted request, application, Home List, or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out where supported. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
No professional or emergency advice
The website and Ask PREVO do not provide regulated inspection, engineering, legal, insurance, emergency, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or other licensed advice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, upload malicious files, or misuse site features.
Intellectual property
PREVO names, logos, designs, copy, task organization, reports, and site content are owned by or licensed to PREVO.
Availability
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Florida law governs these terms subject to nonwaivable consumer law.
